Sunburst Gymnastics is committed to promoting fitness to children of all ages and abilities. We believe that physical fitness goes hand in hand with intellectual strength.

Our Staff
We strive to keep our staff up to date and well informed on the latest industry standards in teaching gymnastics to your child. Our staff is safety certified by USA Gymnastics and educated with the latest information passed down from this organization. Your child's safety is the number one priority when in our program. We teach using proven progressions that make learning fun, rewarding and as safe as possible.
Our Programs
- Our staff uses yearly planners, or lesson plans taken from the nationally accredited Tumble Bear Gym Program. This program is considered one of the best programs in the country and is progression based.
- Each program (or class) is set up to be fun and rewarding for your child. We keep them busy so that they may get total satisfaction from each and every class.
Firebird Gymnastics Booster Club
Firebird Gymnastics Booster Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed to support our USAG competitive teams (Fed ID #20-8026162). To find out more about our Booster Club click on this link: Firebird Booster Club
TOPS
TOPs (Talent Opportunity Program), is a talent search and educational program for female gymnast ages 7-11 and their coaches. During the months of June and July gymnasts age 7-11 are evaluated on physical abilities at the state and regional level.
From there, athletes are invited to participate in the National TOP test that is conducted in the month of October where they will be evaluated on the same physical abilities tests along with some basic gymnastics skills. Athletes are then invited to participate in the National TOP Training camp which takes place in December of each year.
Sunburst Gymnastics Academy is a proud member of USA Gymnastics, the governing body of our sport.
